Studio Policies

To better serve your needs, I have two offerings for clients:

  • Monthly: Monthly clients book 2-4 lessons a month and pay monthly in advance.

  • Drop-In: Drop-in clients schedule and pay for lessons as they go.

Whether you are a Monthly or a Drop-In client, please be mindful of the following studio policies:

  • The cancellation policy is 36 hours. I make as much accommodation as I can for illness and/or emergencies, but any cancellations on the day of your lesson are not eligible for rescheduling, and you are financially responsible for the amount of the missed lesson.

  • Unless Kayla has to reschedule, lesson credits do not roll into the following month.

  • If you arrive late to your lesson, the lesson will conclude at the planned end time. Please allow 1-2 minutes for a smooth transition between clients.

  • Clients that arrive to their lesson with symptoms of untreated illness will be sent home, and tuition for the lesson will be owed/forfeited. This does NOT apply to students recovering from an illness who are cleared to resume normal activity.

  • For Monthly Clients: The scheduling calendar is made ready on a monthly basis. Please strive to have your month’s lessons set the week before the upcoming month is set to begin.
